1. Website purpose
This website presents the RepCord product concept, early-access program and product-development information. Features shown in prototypes, mockups or product demonstrations may change before release.
2. No guarantee of availability
Joining an early-access list does not guarantee access on a specific date, continued availability of a feature, or a particular commercial offering.
3. Prototype information
Performance metrics, athlete records and interface examples displayed on this site may be illustrative. They should not be interpreted as medical, coaching or safety advice.
4. Fitness and training
RepCord is intended as a training record and performance information product. Training decisions should account for individual ability, coaching, facility rules and appropriate professional advice where relevant.
5. Intellectual property
The RepCord name, product concept, original interface designs, written content and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. Third-party product names may be used only to describe compatible or existing user workflows and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or use forms for spam or abuse.
7. Third-party services
Deployment may rely on third-party hosting, form processing or infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
8. Changes
These website terms may be updated as RepCord approaches beta and production. A separate end-user agreement should be created before a full application launch.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form on the RepCord website.
