Privacy Policy

Launch-stage privacy draft. This page should be reviewed and updated before production data collection expands beyond the forms described below.

1. What this site collects

The RepCord launch site may collect information you voluntarily submit through early-access and contact forms, such as your name, email address, role, current training tool and message.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to manage early-access interest, respond to questions, understand athlete, coach and gym workflows, and improve the product direction.

3. Hosting and form processing

The static launch build is prepared to use Netlify Forms when deployed on Netlify. If another hosting or form provider is used, this policy should be updated to identify that provider and its data handling terms.

4. Analytics and cookies

This build does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers by default. If analytics, pixels or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent experience should be updated before deployment.

5. Training and health-related data

The public launch site does not currently collect workout history, health information or in-app performance data. Any future RepCord application that processes athlete performance records should have a separate, product-specific privacy policy covering those data flows.

6. Data retention and deletion

Early-access and contact information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for product communication, research and support. A production launch should provide a clear method for users to request access, correction or deletion of their information.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The launch site is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. Age requirements for the future application should be defined before public app release.

9. Changes

This policy may change as RepCord moves from product development into beta and production. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a revised update date.
